Hunyuan Qi Therapy and Zhineng Qigong is a life practice that inexorably leads to improved holistic health and well-being, an experience of inner peace, balance, joy and the flowering of inherent wisdom.What a Coaching Wholeness - Private Session looks like:

Private Sessions are held in The Studio in Blackheath or online via Zoom.
In these sessions, with guidance and support, you are given the opportunity to explore and clear any areas of blockage that may be limiting your journey to wholeness.
These sessions are founded on the Science of Zhineng Qigong, and therefore work holistically to integrate and harmonise the Body, Heart and Mind.
These sessions may involve Heart Stone clearing, guided visualisations for mobilisation of Qi, gathering of Shen, physical practices, Frames of Reference work, and other supported practices and discussions that allow you to deepen your inner understanding and comprehension of your own Qi Body and your capacity to mobilise the flow of Qi.
These private confidential sessions allow time for the participant to deeply uncover any unconscious patterning that may be at the root of an illness or blocked Qi.
Through the comprehension and then removal of old stresses, stored tension or negative mindsets that are creating blockages in your life and inhibiting the flow of Qi, your healing or personal journey can be completely transformed.
To accomodate differing needs, contribution for sessions are based on a sliding scale with the option of a one hour, or one and a half hour session.
These sessions may be a one-off appointment, that a participant uses to gain extra assistance for working through a Qi-Blockage, or they may be a series of ongoing sessions to allow support and assistance with deeper work on negative mindsets or past emotional blockages.
