What is The Art of Smiling?

Over the 9 sessions, course participants will embark on an inspiring journey, discovering the Three Pillars of Health based on the Science of Zhineng Qigong.


Incorporating lectures, visualisations, exercises, techniques and reflective homeplay to encourage self-exploration, each participant is invited to explore a journey of personal transformation to achieve their own healing intention.

You do not need to have an illness to be attending this course. Anyone who is wishing to gain more joy and happiness in their life, is invited to attend.


No prior experience is required, and no level of physical fitness or capacity is necessary at all. The exercises are easily adapted for all levels of physical ability and for all ages and mobilities.
